Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of RepairDock, a customer relationship system for mobile and electronics repair shops. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RepairDock.
1. The Service
RepairDock lets repair shops track customers, repair jobs, inventory, and sales, and lets their customers follow a repair with a live tracking link. The service is provided through our website, shop dashboards, and customer portals. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the service improves.
2. Accounts
- Shop accounts: The person who creates a shop account is responsible for that account, including the actions of staff accounts added under it.
- Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate shop and contact information and to keep it up to date.
- Credentials: Keep your password and sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- One shop, one account: Do not create accounts to impersonate another shop or person.
3. Your Data
Your shop's data (customers, repairs, inventory, sales, and anything else you enter) belongs to you. RepairDock processes it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data with the data takeout option in your shop dashboard. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for handling your own customers' personal information lawfully.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its servers, or other users' accounts.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
- Resell, redistribute, or copy the service itself without our written permission.
5. Google Drive Backup
The optional Drive backup feature is covered by section 2 of our Privacy Policy. In short: backups contain only your shop's own records, go only to the Drive account you connect, use the narrow drive.file scope (only files the app itself creates), and can be stopped at any time by disconnecting on the Drive backup page or revoking access from your Google Account permissions page.
6. Plans and Payments
RepairDock is free to start. Some features may be offered under paid plans; the price and billing terms of any paid plan are shown on the plan page before you purchase. Paid plan terms, including billing cycles and cancellation, are as shown at purchase. If a paid feature is cancelled, it remains available until the end of the period already paid for, unless stated otherwise at purchase.
7. Availability
We work to keep RepairDock available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions, subject to section 8.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepairDock's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using RepairDock at any time and may export your data before leaving. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, breaks the law, or threatens the security of the service. Where practical, we will give notice before closing an account for a terms violation, except where immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and significant changes will also be announced inside the shop dashboard where practical. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact Us
